His Royal Highness the Prince of Wales is prescribed by his physician frequent repeated exercise, particularly on horseback, in order to check the corpulency to which he seems tending.

Brighton News Story — 15 May, 1797: The Prince loses his corpulence

This day, we hear, the Prince leaves Brighton, having come here only for a few days, by the advice of Dr Warren, for the benefit of the sea air.  His Royal Highness has lost much of his corpulence since he was last at Brighton.

Brighton News Story — 12 May, 1794: The Prince’s men are ‘draughted’

Last Monday the Prince of Wales arrived at Brighton, to be present at a draught of twenty men from his regiment, to accompany other draughts on the West-India service.  On Wednesday his Royal Highness left that place but will shortly return there with his Household for the season.
