Update 28 December:
As a small majority of people expressed an interest in a Google+ page, we’ve set one up. You can find us here: https://plus.google.com/102756266805026126332

If you’re a regular user of social media, you may well know that Google has recently launched a social network, known as Google+. Regarded as a rival to Facebook, Google+ now has over 40 million users worldwide.
Up until this week, Google+ has been restricted to personal pages, but it is now possible for organisations to develop their own pages. These work in a similar way to Facebook pages, such as ours, but will also contain unique features such as Hangouts.
Will Google+ prove as successful as Facebook? It’s probably too early to tell, but one indicator of its success may be found in language. Back in the early 2000s one of the first signs that Google had come to dominate web searches, was when people began to use the word ‘Google’ as a verb. Will people soon start ‘Google+ing’?
We’re considering launching our own Google+ page, but would like your feedback. Would you use it, or is it a waste of time? Would you like to Hangout with a curator? Or are you happy with Facebook? Let us know what you think with the poll below, or a comment on this page.
